Our Story
We were the students this platform was built for.
Exam IQ didn't start as a business idea. It started as a frustration — one we both lived through firsthand.
We're two mates from Queensland who went through the same senior years. Same late nights, same scramble to work out what the marking guide actually wanted from you — not because we weren't putting in the work, but because the stuff available was genuinely frustrating.
Not enough past papers to feel prepared. Outdated notes from study forums that were half-guesswork at best. Vague feedback, and no real way to know if you were on the right track.
At some point we both just started wondering: why isn't there one place that actually explains what's expected of you?
We didn't have a great answer. So after school, we built one.

Every feature in Exam IQ — the exam mode, the assignment grader, the mark-by-mark rubric feedback, the 36,000+ Questions Bank, exists because we wished it existed when we were sitting those papers ourselves.
We're not a big company. We're two people who care a lot about this problem, who've put serious time into building something that actually works, and who genuinely believe that knowing what's expected of you, before you walk into that exam room, should be the standard for every student. Not just the lucky ones with the right tutors or the right school.
That's what Exam IQ is. That's why we built it.
